VISMO Library Licensing Agreement


VISMO (VISualization MOdule) is Fortran's library for in-situ visualization 
developed by Nobuaki Ohno (Hereinafter referred to as N.Ohno).
N.Ohno owns the copyright of VISMO and grants any licensee to use all of or a portion of VISMO 
free of charge under the following conditions.

1. The licensee acknowledges that VISMO is provided "AS IS" without any service.

2. The licensee is authorized to use or modify VISMO. 

3. When the licensee publishes a academic paper or makes a presentation with 
   results including images obtained by using VISMO or its derivative works (modifications of VISMO),
   he/she is recommended to acknowledge the contribution of VISMO 
   by citing the paper(s) about VISMO.

4. N.Ohno will not be liable for any damages of any kind whatsoever
 caused by the use of VISMO or its derivative works.

5. Prohibited actions:
 *The licensee cannot sell VISMO or its derivative works.
 *The licensee cannot distribute VISMO or its derivative works to the public.

6. This license incorporates the laws of Japan as a basis.

7. This license can be amended by N.Ohno. 

8. This license is prepared in both Japanese and English. The Japanese license supercedes the English one in interpretation of the license.
